Our junior camps are a great way for the kids to get some healthy exercise in a fun and safe environment! We provide young players the opportunity to build fundamentals of the game, develop and refine their strokes and prepare for competitive play. Kids will be able to better master the complexities of the sport and spend more time moving and drilling on the court. Don't forget about making new friends and having a lot of fun! The term runs from Monday 4th Jan to Sunday 27th Mar 2016, excluding half-term week 15th - 21st Feb. Different classes are available for children between the ages of 3 and 10+, and are led by our experienced LTA qualified coaches. We create a positive environment for children to get started in the game, play and compete. Mini Tennis is fun for kids of different ages and levels - the sport provides many social, health, and psychological benefits with minimal risk of injury. Cardio Tennis is a new, fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities (no tennis skills required, although you'll pick some up along the way) a fun way to keep in shape and burn off calories. Music is played during the session to help create a high energy atmosphere and add motivation. Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. It's sociable and much more fun than working out on a treadmill. Also, we are now registering participants for a new, Adult Group Tennis sessions beginning 14th November. Adult group tennis lessons are a fun way to start playing or improve your tennis by taking group instruction from our qualified coaches and mixing in with players of a similar standard. All our courses are limited to 5-8 players per group, in order to increase efficiency and maintain a high level of coaching. For this reason, all participants are required to book their place on the course well in advance via our Online Booking System. Please see camp flyer for more details. |

The tennis camps will run on the following dates: Week 1 – Monday 20th – Friday 24th July Week 2 – Monday 27th – Friday 31st July With the demand usually very high and limited places available it is advised to book your child’s place as early as possible to avoid any disappointment.
