ADULT GROUP
TENNIS LESSONS
Attending our Adult Group tennis lessons is a fun way to improve your game by taking group instruction from our qualified coaches and mixing in with players of a similar standard at an affordable price.
BEGINNERS
LEVEL 1

Never picked up a racket before? Or maybe the last time you played was at school?

Our Adult Beginners Level 1 group classes are perfect for you - these classes provide an excellent way for adults to learn the basic techniques to play forehands, backhands, begin to rally and serve and work on co-ordination and footwork skills. We aim to get players into game play scenarios right from day one while also learning basic skills in a welcoming, dynamic and fun environment.

After completing the first block, you will be ready to move on to the Adult Beginners Level 2 Block.
BEGINNERS
LEVEL 2

Beginners Level 2 is for players who have just finished our Level 1 course and are ready to develop their tennis further, for those who last time played tennis at school and need to refresh their knowledge, or would like a slower tempo to build their skills and confidence.

Players still have minimal background experience, and are in early stages of rallying with the coach and other students. Each class incorporates drilling and stroke improvement followed by various drills and game-based scenarios so players can improve in a playing environment.

If you need more time to progress to the next level, you may have to continue in this group for some time, till your coach feels you are ready to move up to Beginners Level 3 group.
BEGINNERS
LEVEL 3

Beginners Level 3 group is for players who can display the right technique of the forehand, backhand, volleys and serve, however still need to improve their skills further and work on consistency of the shots.

Strokes can be completed with some success, players become competent in low level competions with other students and all can perform short rallies of 5-7 shots from the baseline.
ADVANCED
BEGINNERS

Advanced Beginners course is for players who are confident with the majority of the shots and are able to keep consistent rally of 7-10 shots from the baseline using forehands and backhands, groundstrokes, slices, as well as serve overarm and hit volley.

Players are fairly consistent when hitting slow-to-medium paced shots and can sustain a rally of this pace, however are not yet fully comfortable with all strokes and their movement and game/direction control.

An emphasis of this class is on improving technique, movement and consistency, as well as overall player's fitness level.
IMPROVERS

Improvers course is for the more experienced players that are able to keep a 10+ shot rally, going consistently with good speed from baseline, but need to develop their skills further, ie. better control of the volley with depth and direction and serving with good consistency.

At this level we continue to work hard on your technical skills and apply them in matchplay situations. Improve your accuracy, ball control and decision-making skills - our sessions will enable you to excel in the game! You’ll develop your tactical awareness and improve your physical fitness, using drills specific to game situations.
SOCIAL
TENNIS

Our existing players can enjoy free Social Tennis sessions every weekend, where you can play and practise tennis with other like-minded players from your group or other groups with players of a similar level of play (without the coach). Social Tennis is a great way to have a game in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere without any pressure or commitment.

This is an amazing opportunity to get on the courts and play some tennis, improve your skills, meet new people and have a great time. Work on specific areas of your game or put your skills into action.

It's absolutely free for our existing players, so pre-booking is required. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
If it’s difficult for you to make an objective self-rating, we recommend contacting us for an advice.
